Hi this is AGENT NAME calling from Splick-it,
We handle {$resource->merchant_name} mobile app and online ordering.
I have a live {$resource->order_qty} item order that I am trying to send to your Splick-it printer that you have on the counter.
I need that printer rebooted. Please turned it off for 5 seconds and then turned back on using the switch on the back side of the printer. Is that something you can do for me?
