The time has come! After a successful test with 93 locations, we are now ready to begin the activation process for mobile and online ordering, powered by Splick–it, for your store(s).

For those of you unfamiliar with us, Splick–it provides mobile and online ordering for multi-unit restaurant chains. Over the last several months, we’ve been working with the corporate team at Moe’s to finalize the details to make our services available to the entire franchise system.

We built the Moe’s mobile ordering app that is now available for iPhone and Android. In addition, we built a totally revamped online ordering site for Moe’s.

Today, we are pleased to announce that we are ready to start the activation process for all Moe’s franchisees!

To being the activation process, please review the steps below. Then proceed to the Splick–it Mobile and Online Ordering Activation Process section of this document.

Steps to activate your store(s):

  1. Update Store Profile: Menu , Hours, Taxes, etc.
  2. Printer Setup: Equipment arrives at stores
  3. Training: Staff webinar training for mobile and online ordering
  4. Activation:Completing your stores setup process

How it works

Order Presentment:

All Splick–it mobile and online orders will be presented at your store via a Splick–it dedicated ticket printer, which will be supplied to you at no additional cost.

Pricing:

Just 2% of orders processed through Splick–it mobile and online ordering. Additionally, the cost of credit card processing fees will pass through at a rate of 2.69% + $0.25 per Splick–it transaction.

Step 1. Use the Merchant Status Report link directly below to review your Splick–it Merchant Account setup. Use this link any time to review Hours, Taxes and Menu Price information.

Step 2. To start the activation process, click on the Portal URL and login using the User Name and Password we’ve provided directly below. The Merchant Portal is where you will setup and continue to manage your Splick–it Merchant Account.

Step 3.Once you’ve signed in, follow the instructions provided in the Moe's Merchant Setup Guide link below to add information about your store(s):

To ensure a smooth and successful launch for your store(s), it is important for you to review and fill out all of the information contained within the Splick–it Merchant Portal. Failure to do so may result in a delay of your store(s) activation.

Please note that you will not receive equipment for your store(s) until you have completed the activation process.
